Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions.
Return Period You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return. This period is in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.
Product Conditions To accept a return, the item must:
- Be in perfect condition, unused
- Retain all original tags
- Be in its original packaging
- Not have been washed, ironed, or altered
Non-Returnable Items Returns are not accepted for underwear, personalized items, or final sale products.
Return Process
- Contact us through our contact form indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you the return instructions within 48 hours.
- Send the item to our return address.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the refund.
Refund The refund will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within 5–10 business days after the return is approved. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the error is ours.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange a size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
